Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. MotionWear™ cannot be held responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will attempt redelivery. If delivery fails again, the parcel may be returned to us and additional delivery fees may apply.
