Returns & Exchanges

At PeakMotion, we stand behind the quality of our performance gear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Process

  2. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us and we'll arrange the exchange at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used, including:

  • Eyewear that has been worn outdoors
  • Items marked as final sale

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
